BUSINESS CHALLENGE
LeadGenius faced a significant drop in campaign creation in Q4 2022, impacting contract renewals, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and contract stability. To counter this, they revamped their campaign builder by eliminating obstacles, launching an interactive wizard, improving visual elements, and redesigning the summary page. These changes made data selection more efficient and campaign creation more user-friendly, motivating customers to initiate more campaigns and boosting MRR.

SOLUTION
I led the transformation of Vitalswap's platform by implementing a peer-to-peer marketplace model with robust institutional safeguards. This allowed users to connect directly with verified currency exchangers, bypassing traditional banks to secure better rates. Exchangers were required to verify their credentials through business licenses, bank partnerships, and government certifications, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment.
RESULT
The redesign resulted in a 15.6% reduction in campaign abandonment, a 40% decrease in campaign creation time, and an increase in NPS to 70, surpassing the excellent threshold of 50. These outcomes demonstrate the success of user-focused design in overcoming challenges, streamlining processes, and boosting user satisfaction.
